Your own fully custom domain (book.yourbrand.com) with automatic SSL is rolling out now — you’ll add one DNS record and we handle the rest. Until it lands, your branded subdomain carries everything.

As your custom domain lands, the pay, sign, card-vault and confirm links you text clients carry your domain, not the software’s, and email goes out from your own address (e.g. reservations@yourbrand.com) with your SPF/DKIM — configured as your domain and sending domain are verified.

Confirmations, reminders, dispatch and flight alerts text from your own local 10DLC number — not a shared, spammy platform number. Each operator gets a dedicated Twilio subaccount under the ZDT parent. Because carriers require it, texting switches on once your A2P campaign is approved (registration takes a little time — we handle it, and we’re upfront that it’s not instant).
