Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
This policy explains what the ZDT Booking marketing site (zdtbooking.com) collects when you use it — including the waitlist and contact forms — and how we handle that information. This policy covers the marketing site only. If you become an operator on the platform, the data your business and your customers create inside the app (bookings, payments, customer records) is governed separately by our in-app terms.
What we collect
- Information you give us through a form: your email address, and where provided, your name, company, and message.
- Technical information captured with a submission: IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps — used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Usage analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless metrics about page visits (which pages are viewed, general device type). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and manage the private-beta waitlist and invitations.
- Send you relevant updates about early access — and only that. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Protect the site from spam and abuse, and improve how it works.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing & processors
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the site:
- Google Firebase / Firestore — stores form submissions.
- Resend — sends our notification and confirmation emails.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
For operators on the platform, additional processors handle customer-facing features — for example Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Google Maps. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Retention & security
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to manage the waitlist and respond to you, and remove them on request. We protect the site with standard security headers and scoped access controls, and public app links are token-gated. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
SMS & messaging consent
The marketing site does not text you. The platform’s customer messaging (booking confirmations, reminders, dispatch and flight alerts) is opt-in and follows A2P/10DLC and TCPA requirements; recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Cookies & analytics
Our analytics are cookieless, so no cookie-consent banner is required today. If we ever add cookie-based analytics (such as Google Analytics) for campaign tracking, we will gate it behind appropriate consent.
Your rights & contact
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using your information, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, email info@zdtbooking.com. See also our Terms of Service.
