Terms of Service

By using the ZDT Booking marketing site (zdtbooking.com) you agree to these terms. They cover this site and the private-beta program. If you become an operator on the platform, your use of the product itself is governed by a separate in-app agreement.

Private-beta program

  • During private beta, the service is provided on an as-is basis, and we don’t offer an uptime or service-level guarantee at this stage.
  • Beta spots are offered at our discretion and may be limited.
  • Beta features and any future pricing may change as the product matures.

Use of the site

  • Use the site lawfully. Don’t scrape, abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security of the site or the platform.
  • “ZDT Booking, a MyWebGuy product,” along with our logos and site content, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Accounts & the product

  • Onboarding is operator-provisioned (done-for-you); we issue logins to you and your drivers.
  • Your use of the product is governed by the separate in-app tenant agreement, which takes precedence over these site terms for product matters.

Payments & billing

  • Operators charge their own customers through their own Stripe account, and those funds are the operator’s.
  • ZDT bills operators for the software subscription separately.
  • We take no per-booking cut and no marketplace commission from operator rides.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and, during beta, the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Third-party services (such as Stripe, Twilio, Google, Vercel, and Firebase) are governed by their own terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the changes. Governing law and jurisdiction will be confirmed (placeholder pending legal review).
