SMS alerts for operators
ZDT Booking can text the people running a limousine business when something needs them — a new reservation, a delayed flight, a balance coming due. This page describes that program, and shows exactly how an operator turns it on.
Who receives these messages
Account holders on the ZDT Booking platform, and the staff they designate. We do not text an operator’s passengers under this program. Reservation updates to passengers — booking confirmations, balance reminders and ride status — are a separate program with its own consent, described in our SMS Program Terms.
What we send
- New reservation alerts — a customer has booked.
- Flight-delay alerts — a tracked flight for one of your pickups has moved.
- Dispatch and payment notices about your own account.
Operational messages only. We do not send marketing by text.
How an operator opts in
Consent is given inside the application, by the account holder, on their own account. It is off until they switch it on: they open Settings → Emails, enter the mobile number that should receive alerts, and tick the consent box. This is the control, exactly as it appears in the software:

The checkbox reads:
“I agree to receive operational alert SMS/text messages from ZDT Booking at the number above (booking, dispatch & flight-delay notifications). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is optional and not required to use this software.”
Consent is never bundled with anything else, and the software works fully without it. Each alert type can also be switched on or off individually in the same place.
Frequency, cost and stopping
- Frequency varies with the operator’s own booking volume.
- Message and data rates may apply. ZDT Booking does not charge for the messages.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message, or switch the alerts off in Settings → Emails. Reply HELP, or email info@zdtbooking.com, for help.
Your mobile number is not shared
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Numbers are disclosed only to the messaging provider that delivers the message, strictly in order to deliver it.
