Our story

Built by a limo operator, for limo operators.

The founder runs QTS Black Car & Limo and builds software as MyWebGuy. That means the person behind ZDT is a peer, not a vendor — someone who works the same dispatch board you do.

The origin

It started as a fix for one dispatch board.

Michael runs QTS Limo and got tired of dated tools, stacked-on fees, and support that never called back. So he built the system he wished existed — and then kept building, because the business kept asking for more. ZDT is a MyWebGuy product: software craftsmanship on one side, real operations on the other. The problem it solves is the one he lives every day.

Why operator-built is different

Depth you only get from running the business.

These aren’t features a product team guessed at. They exist because a working operation needed them.

Farm-out & farm-in tracking

Record what you pay another operator, track partner accounts, and see net-after-farmout — because overflow work is real money, not a side deal.

Meet & greet, wait time, KTN

Airport signage, wait-time billing, and corporate KTN / Trusted Traveler details — the fine-grained stuff generic ride apps never model.

Flight tracking that saves the run

Delay detection, a suggested new pickup time, and an automatic text — built by someone who has actually stood in an airport waiting on a moved flight.

In his words
“I run my own company on this every day. QTS is the software’s first customer and its live test account — if a booking, a payment, or a dispatch doesn’t hold up in my own operation, it doesn’t ship to yours.”

Michael — founder, QTS Black Car & Limo, and the software’s first daily user. A MyWebGuy product.

Private beta — limited spots

Run your operation on it too.
